2. Extract and install waves central.

3. Perform an offline installation by choosing plugins you like to install or install all online

4. Replace WavesLicenseEngine.bundle in Library>Application Support>Waves>Modules

10. Copy license file to Library>Application Support>Waves>Licenses

11. RESTART your mac FIRST and run waves au reg utility 14 and click let's go, it will identify your plugins.

12. Open your daw it will automatically scan plugins, if not rescan plugins manually.

Tested on several macs with macos monterey 12.5.1, Nuendo 12.0.40 and Logic pro 10.7.4 M1 NATIVE

Everything works completely , COSMOS too

You got a \ after Application:

/Library/Application\ Support/Waves/Modules/WavesLicenseEngine.bundle

Should it not just be?

I have done all this, but the Au reg utility 14 does not open, it says it is damaged or so.
So I used an older AU Reg, it seemed to work untill I shut down and open up Logic again, it starts to rescan all the 1244 plugins.

What seems to be the problem? Is there any way I can get the AU Reg 14 to work somehow? Can someone send it?

Step 5 and 6 is confusing me, replace index.js with what? Where do I get the index.js file to replace it with? Sorry if a stupid question. Any help is welcome thanks!

no, you dont.. on my macbook m1 i tested over Waves13 .. on the second it was clean .. both solutions are fine.. you can clean up if you want . just follow this steps after ..

when i try to install the plugins in waves central, it always says "installation failed, please restart or contact support if repeats". anyone know whats wrong? m1 monterey here

it worked for me. you need to use the newest waves central from their website and install the plugins with it.

i can confirm everything works, even cosmos. thanks to RET for the crack and also thanks to naviquest, your guide is top notch!!
