Hmm that's quite Interesting, I'm sure it's on purpose too. Urs is methodical and it's not like him to make an omission this grand. Thanks for the info man. screenshot

even when it timebombs, wait 1 day and reinstall uhe plugins and it should work again. the uhe-synth-day is only 1 day, where the code is checking the serial from a different angle. mean on this day it could be it timebombs. :)

and this firewall tip also of course.
If you want to supply something, you can. PM is open for that.

hello, Catalyst,

> how can it be that those keys aren't blacklisted by now in the new installers?

the programs did not work for about one or two months, then the newer revisions did again (the amnesty thing was intended as some bad joke, the developer rather thinks in terms of efficiency, probably)...

I had the release before this one timebomb on me. So i deleted it and installed an old one.

I dont use the stuff enough to care though. I will try it again. Only thing i like is Zebra and i dont even like that THAT much.

Are you talking about the DOA or which one?

Velvet Acid Christ had this to say about uhe
U-he: Over Priced. Again I try to fall in love with all the hype, then i get the stuff and try it, Ace, I can never get it to sound good in a mix. Diva is an elephant and the envs and osc sounds strange and mushy. Filters are ok, but the envs and osc are blah. Zebra bores me. The only thing they made that I liked is free and it is called Tyrell Nexus 6, to me it sounds like the mks 80. This thing is a beast, sharp sounding and cutting, and the osc and filters sounds good, i like the envs as well. So save your money, just get Tyrell Nexus 6.

Not that it should matter but the guy's spent years with the software and has been making music for quite a long time.

Velvet Acid Christ... how the sound(ing) of instruments is rated by users, depends rather on genres, usage purposes, me thinks, what is shyte for one, might be the greatest blessing for the other...
here all the stuff from u-he is rated excellent (sound-wise), with outstanding density, always coming through at the best places (in the audible spectrum), as intended...

No I totally agree, personally I like uhe's stuff. The price not so much. I also can't help but agree that Diva is an elephant. I know what he means.

sometimes there exists the need for elephants, even, perhaps, for hypermastodons...

That's what I said but it happens to be an individual working in a genre I'm trying to find my way around so it was simply interesting. Also been making Industrial for 2 decades, that's quite a chunk of time. I'm sure Sinewave will be interested in it, some other folks too. Plus it highlights the Tyrell Nexus as possibly an alternative for those that want to have an uhe product legitimately for free.

Anything i tried above 2.5.4 for Zebra killed all of the apps. I believe it was the DOA bundle that flopped.

I believe i tried ZebraHZ and then all the U-he products stopped working right after that.

quote by awakeI use Diva 1.3.1 and Zebra 2.7 about 4 months without any Timebombs or Problems

4 months is not a long time for U-he bombs - wait an see...it also makes a big difference how frequently you use the stuff.

Last time I had a U-he timebomb it took at least six months to appear...

I guess he would say the same things about the Minimoog or the Jupiter.
Totally depends on the genre I guess. VAC kind of music can be done by Nexus and Sylenth easily. For my kind of music U-he stuff is perfect, and there's Bazille on the way also...
