Thanks Copylefter! Those that are not familiar with these plugins: they are quite niche. but are great to spend an afternoon understanding, because after you do, you will have their concepts down, and will always work in a pinch for that special something that doesn't sound like something everyone has beaten to death. This is a fun company, and think outside the box, and were one of the first to really do so, with complete disregard for what people thought they wanted. I'm not claiming that Reaktor etc wasn't there, but it was nice when these guys arrived on the scene and didn't slap a lexicon .jpg on top of some bad algorithmic reverb and call it a day. They and AudioDamage make some great products, and don't conform to your normal work flow instinctively.... But take the time with them... and you will find them showing up on some of your tracks where you least expect it.

They deserve support too, and plugs are fairly priced for real,
so if you really use and like, buy some, if you can't afford buy one
of those priced at 19$, and be sure you'll see other interesting products from these guys.

Thanks CL! And I think you raise a really really important point in the spirit of this whole site.
This is a package you can download, find the gold that works for you, and for a mere $19 support the clever developers who made it. Everyone wins. And I think with the sea change here started by Catalyst, that there is more a focus now on auditioning and work testing products, and then if found useful, and the devs are not complete jagbags, give it back.. . I know it's tough times for all of us, but digital hoarding is not the point of this site, and no matter how some may rationalize it, I think Catalyst has been pretty clear as to the intent here, and I personally am both thankful for it, and glad that a lot of people have been forced to at least rethink their philosophical approach to all of this. And I may come off as a Catalyst apologist on a lot of stuff, but I don't have a problem with that, I really do subscribe to his thoughts and stance on this, and am extremely happy to see things becoming more rational and sane around here. (off topic rant apology! :)

Thanks so much for your support sisyphus. We have to support the developers at least sometimes. Every purchase matters so if someone were to download a few things they can also buy something too, that could be the difference between open for business and closing up shop. Without our support developers can't continue making products and a payment is a vote that shapes the future market and rewards devs for their hard work and quality products.

thank YOU Catalyst. I think you have laid out a very clear and salient mission statement with how you have set up this site. This is not "waR3z20n3" type bs. This is a forum where people can make educated decisions and discuss them, as we have all been burnt before.
I know how hard these devs work, and they deserve their pound of flesh. It is unfortunate that some of them have had practices of very poor customer support or draconian copy protection that have in some cases FORCED me to use k's of stuff I spent hundreds, if not thousands of dollars on. And to them, I say frack off.
But most people want to do the right thing, and will try. Those that do not, well, they probably weren't going to anyways.
There are great devs and companies out there that I would not have been turned on to without the ability to sample here or aware of their existence, because a lot of stuff on KVR etc is NOISE….
and I DO support those devs that become part of my repertoire or things that I rely on. And I want them to continue to exist , get paid, and work knowing that there efforts, concepts and improvements to our lives are appreciated.
I think what you are doing here separates the wheat from the chafe, and all the morality arguing aside, honestly helps REAL devs with competent products get in the hands of people that would appreciate it, and will pay for it.
