I have copied everything to waves folder but it not appear like a plugin in any DAW and the apps don't open? Any info about how to get it working?

When I launch Multirack, the first window opens and blinks >it crashes OSX (Mountain lion). I need to turn off manually my mac…
I tried to change all the permissions with Batchmod, but Multirack is blinking again…
Some Help?
