What exactly do you need this for? I don't get it. Should i store all my plugins in there? Why?

Exactly, it was only a recommendation, perhaps classifying your downloads in this folder will make them look a little more fun, not to fulfill a specific function related to your DAW, and of course just say thanks to those who provide these things for us poor.

That's right! But it's more than fun, it's SYSTEM. I have actually 12 Plug-Ins folders on my Backup USB, each one of them contains 30-50 Plug-Ins collected over the years. So when something goes wrong or i get a request, they're easy traceable!

I don't see any problem with The Main Event questions. It was perfectly clear to me that he didn't understood what this was for (BTW, the same as me at first glance) so he asked, that's all ... so, why have not you offered him any help instead of attacking him ?

If you're in a Mac platform you can create your own ICON folders with apps like "Folder Factory" (the best to me), "Icona Folder", "Folder Icon Maker", or "Telling Folders". You simply drag and drop your own images or any other ones downloaded from internet and there you go. Most probably there will be also similar apps for windows to do the same .

Well, i apologize for the first part, i missed that post of yours. With regard to the second part, one of his questions and the one you're suggesting here for him to ask are exactly the same ... "What exactly do you need this for?" and "Can anyone suggest any practical use for this folders?" are asking the same to me, only with different words. So, i can't understand why are you suggesting someone to do something his doing already!
