I saw on NI's website we can activate demo version (Of GR and all components, and I hope, to get the Solid Mix presets), they there's a "Switch to full demo version" under "Help" menu, but on Mac I can't find anything...

When I start Pro tools 9 MP It crashes Pro tools.Previous version works fine. This one works with Cubase , Sonar etc.It seems the .dpm file is not cracked.Only the Vst works.Ill try to put the previous version .dpm and see if it works together with this version without any warnings.Till then I'll wait for next version .

Those that are having trouble must have done something really wrong. Go back through the steps and make sure you're doing everything RIGHT.

Install Demo
replace original files with cracked ones (remember these locations for the future)
AU (.component): /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/Components/
VST (.vst): /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/VST
RTAS (.dpm): /Library/Application Support/Digidesign/Plug-Ins/
Standalone (.app): /Applications/Native Instruments/Guitar Rig 5/

I've simplified it as much as I can. If it still doesn't work for you, I can't help you.
ALL TESTED AND WORKING here on Snow Leopard and Lion. If the plugin shows "Unknown" as the license type, this is fine. It will work as "Full" with all of the components and presets available.

If you're running a PPC machine or anything below Snow Leopard, forget about it. Check the NI site for compatibility. Though, there have been reports of it working on Leopard. Good Luck.

I copied the files in the directories that you said but it still remains a demo. why?

Uprading from GR 5.0 to GR 5.1.0 (R2641)

Installed the Demo and swapped the k'd files. Just ran GR5.1 and got an alert "Synchronize Database! 1 presets have been removed from database, because they are missing from disk!"

What files or folders should I copy 5.0 to 5.1?

i cannot get it to pass Logic Pro X validation, before in maverics was just fine
