Your suggestions wasn't that of an improvement. You simply said that it's annoying, that's not a suggestion for improvement, thats just a personal opinion. What's more annoying, using a keygen that takes an extra 5 minutes tops or spending the 1300 to pay for it yourself As i said, be grateful its here at all

Keygen is basically a trophy for cracker, proof that they totally beat the crypto, encryption or whatever. They have meaning for the crackers, it's like solving the puzzles, a complicated one that will maybe getting respect for people of similar interest in their field. Solving these puzzles is their hobby and they do it for fun and free. Imagine have to give up, throw it all away and be a slave to you just because you find it annoying. Ain't happening lil bro.

I think that it might be important to note that there are at least two types of keygens. One does not require the software code to be modified (sometimes). The other, generates a code that requires the software to be modified to except it (sometimes R2R does this). I could be wrong.

Modifications of the code, to make it work, eg bypass online checks, are called cracks. Keygens are a different beast: some times, if not always, they contain the original assembly code, as found in the target software. When you give your name to the software, it internally generates the correct key and compares it to the one you supply. This code is that the crackers copy and wrap into nice small, magic executables..
