FIXED Phasis did not sound correct
KNOWN ISSUE Windows 10 VST/AAX only: HiDPI scaling does not work correctly which results in lower resolution graphics
KNOWN ISSUE Windows 10 standalone only: When using multiple screens with scaling of 150% or more the GUI may be drawn incorrectly or not at all
KNOWN ISSUE Dragging from a HiDPI screen to a non-HiDPI screen can result in lower quality graphics. Closing/reopening GUI on the same screen will fix this

AU doesn't work, the patch needs an update to work with 6.2.1. Don't waste your time downloading it

The codesign script included with this actually references a folder named "Patch" rather than [K], so it can't work without renaming one or the other, plus it needs execution privs to run. I was able to make both the standalone and the AU work by giving them execute privs with Terminal:

chmod +x /Applications/Native\ Instruments/Guitar\ Rig\ 6/Guitar\ Rig\ 6.app

chmod +x /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/Components/Guitar\ Rig\ 6.component/Contents/MacOS/Guitar\ Rig\ 6

However, the VST didn't work for me with any amount of massaging.

v6.2.0 kind of worked for me in Mojave, but once loaded as an AU in several plugin hosts or standalone, playback was a bit glitchy. Quitting any host app or the standalone consistently resulted in a "[NAME OF APP] has quit unexpectedly." message, so I rolled back to v6.1.1. This and the "proper" version of Kontakt v6.5.3 that just got released sound like nightmares ... I'll just stick with the previous working versions until this NI thing gets sorted out.

I'm sharing this info because I made it work on my mac

Inside installation folder
1.create a new folder and name it 'Patch'
2.Inside 'Patch' folder create three new folders and name them
'APP', 'AU', 'VST'.

3.from [K] folder find three Gutiar Rig6 executable files under

Guitar Rig 6.app/contents/MacOS/
Guitar Rig 6.component/contents/MacOS/
Guitar Rig 6.vst/contents/MacOS/

and copy them to
APP (for Guitar Rig 6.app),
AU (for Guitar Rig 6.component),
VST (for Guitar Rig 6.vst)

4. open terminal and apply 'chmod -R +x' to all three executable files you just copied
5. run codesign.command

Tested as Standalone and in Cubase 10.5, Logic Pro 10.6.2, Studio one 5

I tried your info, but to clarify:
I installed first
I replaced APP, AU, VST from [K] folder
THEN, I replaced executables from Patch folder
(and your steps)

Still crashed validation in Logic Pro X 10.4.8
Using KITTY's Patch.command works
BUT I see version 6.1.1

Thoughts?

after running the install, all you need to do is to extract 3 executables from [K] folder , place them into Patch/APP, AU, VST folders, apply 'chmod -R+x' to each of them. Then run codesign.command which would take care of replacing and patching app, vst, au (application and two plugins).
P.S. I installed version 6.1.1 first then 6.2.1
You should see the script to understand what it does . It seems you just opened 6.1.1 installer and apply the patch which copy all executives files from KITTY patch, not from 6.2.1

Please note : I refer to 'executable' as a file located in contents/MacOS
not as app, vst, components,

For me doesn't work....the right script is 'chmod -R+x' or 'chmod -R +x' (with a space between the R and the +) ? No 'sudo' at the beginnig...right?

This method works for me with Guitar Rig 6.2.0 and Mojave.
Guitar Rig 6.2.1 and Mojave always show demo/buy/actívate Window for APP/AU/VST.
