Yeah, an answer to this question would be great.

I truly do appreciate the work of both teams, but having the same thing cracked twice with different sizes and no real description as to why is not very helpful.

Before I start getting negative comments, I mean no disrespect at all. It's merely my opinion.

- this installer give a wrong path name for VST extract.
'VST Plugins' instead of 'VSTPlugins' (even selected)-

So it SEEMS that the DLL must be manually moved to the proper location if this is to work. IF that is true, how could this have passed the most basic test to see if it works?

Well that makes me think I would just install the other one by bobdule ...

... EXCEPT there are 2 comment questions that have not been answered:
1) niuniu502: I installed it, is demo , so.... it need VR version?
2)illadelph: Can i activate this with R2R keygen?

So, i wonder... which is better install / archive?
Bobdule points out a FATAL FLAW in THIS installer but then goes on to talk about:
key method, and the fact that THIS ONE INCLUDES THE NEEDED KEY.
Which seems to confirm that his did NOT include a key.

So it seems NEITHER will work without some extra steps, and no information has been given on HOW to do this.

I assume this one will work if the DLL is moved to the proper location, and will try that.

[EDIT] I installed this and it seems to run fine in stand-alone and in FL Studio.
I do not know of any "wrong path" for VST extract, as it offered my custom folder "C:\vst64\..." set in registry, and also properly created / placed it in the "Native Instruments" subfolder.

So i could not verify need to move DLL.

The AAX seems to be placed properly, although i do not use it so uninstalled and reinstalled without it.

Yes, confirmed.
It's working well in win 7 64bit, ableton 11.

But guitar rig 6 it's not my thing, some preset consume 60% my Intel 3 cpu
Anyway thanks team VR.

I think I'm just going to go for this version. It's ba lot easier to manually move a file than it is to play about with cracks.

The last V.R version 6.2.0 didnt work or install on Windows 7 but this one does (strange but true) :)

it use 1 different key in the exe, and 1 in aax. the vst.dll is the same. (it change nothing, both works.
this package include the keygen unlock and is smaller, the compression is better.

the diifference in detail.

it generate only the GR license key, the full generator is komplete Kontrol.

yes, VR use a hidden keygen during the install process,
the truth is that VR updated the full keygen (including Kontakt) from the Komplete bundle offer.

Guitar rig R2R KG is still valid, you can use it for VR exctracted files. (or my version)
Maschine 2.13 also still work with R2R registration, even if miss the last expansions inside. the VR unlock is fully updated. it only use the Maschine unlock, you don't have to register expansions.

the one called R2R Native instruments KG unlocking the applications is obsolete.
even in the last version 3.4.0. (the one with Komplete kontrol, absynth,FX etc..)
it will no more unlock something by using a serial SNO
all the licenses are in ras3 format now.

it taken 2 years at NI to update all their toys to ras3.

the best thing to do is to check and compare. the R2R label is not always the best way with updated products. it is the case with Komplete Kontrol.
good when out, but obsolete now. the time factor result when NI change the registration scheme.

the last advanced R2R keygen (3.4.0 from Super 8 R2) extract the serials in a no more used regedit location.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Native Instruments
instead of
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Native Instruments

simply copy the unlock part to the second path.
i relocated Battery this way, it is still working but need a manual modif.
