Download and install the Waves central and install the Plug-Ins you need.
Use the RETSU & R2R Emiltor & Keygen.
Done.
Don't mess with the others Patches, Just a waste of time.

I did that. While installing the plugins, I select all of them, but it stops midway. Haven't even reached the patching stage yet.

As I told in last Waves you very likely missed seeing: You have to kill the powershell.exe instances in the Task Manager. It goes on well from there. They should be at 0% CPU use when you do, but that is ok because they only use CPU extremely quick before you can do it anyway.

Yes it means that Waves Central doesn't have enough resources to run, this might be due to a memory overflow (A process is using RAM / CPU even after closing it)
Do what @Cubeadooby7 said in here, or uninstall all the waves v10,v11, and the applications using waves central and start installing by group, So install a number of Plug-Ins each time until you finish the whole thing.
Example: Select the first 20 Plug-Ins and install them, restart once the first group is done, and start the second group. And so on ...

PS: I realized that you are on MAC so the suggestion by @Cubeadooby7 won't help in your case but it's good for WIndows users facing the same issue.

Is this an update to a previous version. Will it work if I download a previous version and then install this on top of that or downloading and installing this version alone is fine?

R2R's Emulator still working, I tested 100% plugins and some app: SuperRack; SuperRack SoundGrid; eMotion LV1; SoundGrid Studio. IT WORK FINE!! on win10 v1909.

Better off to stick with R2R honestly.

R2R anounced that they will release a full working version later this year, i rather wait for that as i said last time. i dont want to screw up my system with awkward instalation procedures in the mean time there is a lot of other good stuff to lay my hands on. Anyway keep up the good work.

Good thing. Because the Waves installers install so much stuff in many directories it will be a pain deleting them. But you can the R2R/RETSU Emulator/Keygen it really works.

For me works waves complete v28.5.2020 with the Waves.Complete.v2020.05.12.Emulator.Only.READ.NFO-R2R. Do install waves central tick offline install choose v28.5.2020 folder and it needs a online connection. Block all waves in a firewall! After install copy this file "WavesLicenseEngine.dll" in C:\ProgramData\Waves Audio\Modules\WavesLicenseEngine.bundle\Contents\Win64 and done.
And if want deinstall waves central.

Here is the info from the Patched version that somebody pasted in the comments.

1. Install Waves Central.exe
2. Run the program
3. Create a user ID and PW if you don't have one already or simply just login( or use offline)
4. At the top of the Waves Cental window click Products
5. Check the box for the products you'd like to install
6. Before you install the products choose where you'd like Waves to install the instrument libraries if you've choosen these products. This will be located above the install button located to the right of the products being installed.
7. Press the install button then relax and wait for Waves Central to complete the process.
8. Once complete you'll get a dialogue box that says successfully completed.
9. Close the the dialogue box and disconnect from the internet.
10. Go to the patch folder and run the WavesLicenseEngine.bundle.exe
11. Once complete a dialogue box will pop up and say successfully patched
12. Go to your DAW and refresh your plugins you should now see the newly installed plugins
13. Reconnect back to the internet if you choose

MAC INSTALL

01 -- Install "Waves_Central.dmg" (I always restart in this point, I'm not sure if it's a "must")
02 -- Copy and replace "install.cen" & "Data folder" to "users/yourname/public/WavesOfflineInstallers"
03 -- Run "Waves Central" in your APP folder
04 -- "Continue Offline"
05 -- "Browse"
06 -- "Open" this brings you to the "Waves Offline Installers" directory you just replaced in p02.
07 -- Select what you want (If you "need" all the products just clic in the upper left on your hdd name).
08 -- Install
09 -- Restart
10 -- Unrar and install "WavesLicenseEngine"
11 -- Go to: Applications. Waves. WaveShells V11. Run “Waves AU Reg Utility 1, 2, 3, 6, 8 & 9”

In the new Studio Rack there's a preset from Devin Townsend called Guitar Jammer. The PRS Archon amp is one of the plugins in the preset but doesn't seem to open in the Studio Rack. I can put the plugin on its own elsewhere but it doesn't appear in the available Rack list. Has anyone else experienced the same thing?
I am on a Mac with Logic Pro X 10.5.0 and Mojave 10.14.6

Update - Solved. PRS Amps only come up as mono or dual mono
