Don’t sleep on this. I’m down at version 1 on windows and it’s a corker— a somewhat unusual hybrid of synthetics and sample manipulation, and it’s quite deep.. Modulation gets wild, and it’s fairly easy to program everything despite soooo many tabs. It’s set up to be tweaked and morphed during performances too. Deep or surface, you decide.

Version 2 adds granular processing. I’m very interested to try it.

Not mounting for me OSX 10.10.5 . Other .DMG from Tracktion are mounting. Help!

Hey everyone, I downloaded this same [K] from a different site but also had some issues getting it to work on Sierra 10.12.6 - I’m not sure if this will work for you guys but I found that where it says “Date Created” in finder it had that classic issue of an incorrect date of January 24, 1984 which makes the file unable to open. That date has to be changed (forward) to any date you want to fix this.. So I opened Terminal and typed : SetFile -d 12/08/2019 then drag and dropped the file in after (SetFile -d 12/08/2019 /Path/to/Tracktion.Software.BioTek.2.v2.1.2.MacOSX-P2P.rar/) and hit return to change the date. That enabled me to open and install it. The first time I opened it in Ableton Live (10.0.1) it popped up a window asking me to sign in to my Tracktion account, which I couldn’t close. I closed the plugin and then reopened it and it worked perfectly! Not sure if this is the same problem but I hope this helps!
