SubBoomBass 2 is the successor of the legendary SubBoomBass!
Its GUI (graphical user interface) has received a makeover for more comfortable control of
all features. SubBoomBass 2 still has its analogue modelled waveforms on board, but the sound
colour has been expanded with new spectrum waveforms, new creative ‘think out of the
box’ high quality samples and introducing Karplus-Strong string synthesis!
You will understand that these new features generate fresh and unheard-of sounds!
But there is more… An X/Y screen, a new pattern mode for running 4 sequences, and
just like in Predator 2 it has the easy to use Bank Manager with star feature, so that
you can quickly find and go to your favourite sounds straight away.

Ask rob papen, not me. Latest HW release is for latest version available
Here on 10.9.5 and 10.13.5 presets can be saved properly in predator's banks, but not in folders thru Finder, its a bug affecting all RP products and not related to crack.

Hey man, after following all the instructions (unchecking AAX files, dragging the patched files into their proper locations, etc.), when i go to open it up in my DAW, it says "invalid serial" and it won't work. Any help? Thanks.

You haven't replaced the files. You don't have write permission on the plug-ins, or even worst on the whole plug-in directories.
Go to Components and VST paths, delete SubBoomBass.component and .vst,
then put there the patched ones.

I did do those steps. (Deleting the original vst and component paths and replacing them with the patched ones.) However, each time I’ve done these steps, in the earlier stages I’m prompted with a force restart for my computer after the installation is complete. I’m not sure if it was supposed to do that, but just making sure.

Yes, you should do some on latest OSX versions. Not mandatory instead on older OS like Mavericks. Anyway, if you DO replace the components. There's no way on earth it could ask you for serial.

I have got the same problem, i installed like shown in txt, overwrite the vst and component but i also get a screen with wrong serial.

There is a Rob Papen folder (subdirectory) inside the VST folder in Plugins. I believe that's the .VST file that needs to be replaced instead of dropping cracked .VST file into the VST folder root. I already uninstalled after playing with the AU version for a bit (which works fine) but hope this helps.
