LOL, so you got this version to work?
this version, as just pointed out below by psyko67, is that version. The very same.
I was almost sure your problem was that you were not replacing files with patched ones,
instead with this release you can't go wrong, as only patched files are included.
But HW accidentally shipped old 1.1.1 files.
If you thought you replaced files correctly with that 1.1.1 release,
check out how file permissions works on OSX and next time
be sure you're actually replacing files.
Or, to be sure, first delete files, then put new ones. You can't get it wrong that way.

If you use PT you will have very good use of BC PatchWork, and for more complicate multiband chains, MB-7 Mixer.
Be it to use cracked stuff, or to use plugs that are not available in AAX.
Good news for you is that these plugs are two of the few BC products released by R2R in retail+full keygen form, so they works in AAX!!!
(@anybody: do you own any BC plug-in? Please contact me!)
I see now that two of latest BC products -Late Replies and Axiom- can host AU/VST/VST3 as well!

A deeper explanation, as a reminder regarding AAX:
AAX is never included in HEXWARS Patched.and.Keygen releases,
as PT refuse to load modified AAX binaries. Same goes for cracked ones.
Instead, AAX is released when a full keygen is possible (untouched binaries), and that is usually the case of protection schemes not using asymmetric cryptography (i.e. RSA>256bit).
The day you'll see AAX cracked/patched plugs, will be the day iLok2 is fully defeated.
