man, it's just you! Nobody else have problems, it's not about the keygen, it's about your system.
The only thing that comes to my mind is that you have SERiOUS permission/owner problems on your /User directory, and the plug-in can't save auth file to:
/Users/YOURUSERNAME/license_key_harrison_ava_me.txt

Try to:
1. delete everything
2. reinstall
3. replace with patched files (delete original files first to be sure you are actually replacing)
4. reboot.
5. register the plug with keygen.
6. check out if a license_key_harrison_ava_me.txt file is created at the root
of your user directory. Check the content of that file, it should be the same as the generated serial, which BTW should be something like this:
TheUserName*AVA-ME*HAR151887-3416-60424|euEJHOeVelNARe3cr1lDRmS1pR0SJp3f1XcvhAGmZQTPW0FDpTMr3Pt3Ht1iwJ1H6H1WsI7sm1rbeSgR++qTsR==|
