Tone Cloud does not work in standalone it just says not ready. Maybe it works for some and some not only the 3rd crack of Amp 2 works with tonecloud. Hopefully the same tweaks can be made to this and fx.

Could you describe what does not work for you in more detail? Like where to go, what to click, what is the expected behaviour, and what you actually get?

Also, try to uninstall the app with some cleaner (e.g. AppDelete or alike), install again, and make sure you do not have any conflicts with Little Snitch (e.g. disable it).

Excuse me, in BIAS FX, I log into the cloud and download the present. There will be some present that I have no BIAS FX MATAL license or bias fx bass license. How should I solve it? Thank you!

I use the standalone and log in to tonecloud then at the top left of the app it shows tonecloud greyed out and when you hover over its a blue spinning wheel if you click it says not ready it does the exact same in FX apart from the blue spinning wheel when hovering. I use app cleaner it did not work with FX but I will try that now and restart then report back.

Tried it and no Joy still says.. Tone cloud not ready try again later which is exactly what it says on FX it seems that maybe what was happening with Amp 2 which got fixed with the 3rd crack could be happening here.

Your efforts are apprecieted regardless. Tonecloud or not.

chop chop, you need to log in from the standalone menu, click the "gear icon" in the upper right corner, and the last item is "Login to ToneCloud. Make sure you're not blocking connections with Little Snitch or any other firewall. Hope that helps

Thanks but that is exactly what I do like I said before bias amp 2 works fine none are blocked I use hands off but they are all allowed without any blocking just this and FX won't load up tone cloud funny thing is I can upload to it lol I just can't get into it as it is greyed out on both. Just so I'm clear its not the login its the tonecloud itself.

Thats not the issue you can log in same as me I see your's is also greyed out in the top left.. try clicking it to get into tonecloud.

It would be nice to know why we can get in on Bias Amps but not on pedals or fx. I have allowed each Little Snitch request and am logged in to tone cloud acct. Just won't connect though. Something is stopping it and if anyone fugues out what it is please let us know.

take a look again to the little snitch settings and be sure you are no blocking the tonecloud.

Its hand off Its not blocked I even switch it off while testing

EDIT:

I completely removed hands off and it works both FX & Pedal for anyone else try remove your firewall app I'm going to update and see if it helps if not I will have to find a new app.

Confirmation after removing off all settings and updating it now works with Hands Off. For anyone with that issue it's most likely your firewall.

is the same thing,both apps work the same way,you dont really needed to remove the hands off app,,what you need it to do was to check the if the app wasnt blocking the bias pedal app.

It was allowed I even turned it off as I told you before they had equal settings only Amp 2 worked it was something else at play whcih removing and updating sorted I can use it with all three no problem and they all have the same settings exactly as before.

I think I found the problem. Little Snitch is set to deny some "trustd" sites. godaddy, usretrust, comodoca and digicert in my case. One or more of these are the culprit. If I allow all of them it connects through.

not in my case,when little snitch ask me if i want to block positive grid i just say no and BINGO.

Tonecloud works, but bias delay and bias modulation aren't showing properly on bias fx. Bias fx cuts the sound after couple minutes of use. Bias Amp 2 cuts the sound also. Huge bummer.

The problem is in Bias FX: Bass Expansion Pack, Metal Signature Pack, Celestion Modern Vintage Pack, Bias pedal delay and bias modulation aren`t working well. Maybe if ibeny can find a solution doing the same thing that he do with BIAS AMP 2 rev3...
