Seems to be an Electrodyne, but I don't know the exact model.

For everyone else, how's the CPU usage? Tone Empire is extremely inefficient, I never keep anything they make. By the way, this is currently free for a week in their website.

I like the sound of preamp what I would do is bounce the track after it and keep it tight low CPU , the sound from this plugin seem beautiful for any VSTI specially clean high end
