This is a nice tool but better use "EqualizerAPO". There you can apply an EQ directly to your sound card / interface using VST plugins. In my case it's Fabfilter Pro Q 3 that handles the outgoing signals and this converts my Interface into a Headphone Amp with better lows and highs than FX Sound could ever do.

There's also an EqualizerAPO interface called "AQUA" which lets you use pre-defined eq curves for your hardware/headphones like you can do it in Sonarworks - but it's completely free.

Will have to check out EqualizerAPO and AQUA too. Sounds like a great way to enhance the outgoing sound of an interface or sound card at relatively no cost. Resourcefulness is good.

It definitely is.
But be aware: If you use very good hardware/studio monitors, you don't really need this or any other similar tool as the hardware does the job perfectly.

In my case my Adam Audio Monitors + Sub + Interface (that has a perfectly clear output) do such a good job that I only use this for my headphones. My Sub even tends to overdrive a little when I increase the lows in EQ APO without turning down the Sub's gain.

If you're producin' for you & you want to enjoy a better out, so it's more than good, but if you're producin' for anyone else the worst you can do is to mask your mixes this way, unless all your customers uses these types of enhancers to hear your job.
