- The latest version includes:

Yes ! That helped me. You must delete all waves stuff in the program folder and the plugin folder (VST3 ,components)
Select the utlimate Stuff in the installer.

I didn't deleted the previous version and it still worked flawlessly. But I guess it makes sense to if you don't want doubles of the same plugins

I suppose I could just download this and check, easy enough, but figure I'd ask: I'm assuming it's possible to install just a couple plugins?

And anyone have a opinion if that's "worth it"? I haven't used Waves in years, but if I have to clutter my machine with a bunch of other programs, especially ones that always have to run, just for a couple plugins, might look elsewhere. (I'm particularly interesed in Wave Nx, the headphone speaker simulation one).

If you're not in the ecosystem then probably not. A lot of people use them because they've been their go to tools for 15 years and they may have had the edge with some reverbs or other plugins back then. Search for the google sheet that lists all the alternatives for each waves plugin and just get K'd version or buy that.

Guys I followed the instructions and if I try to open the standalone plugin it works but Logic can't see any plugin and the AU Reg won't find anything. Someone could help please? I'm on Mac mini M4, Thank you!

waves usually replaces your whole folder when you install selected plugins

Works great on m1 au works for me but vst versions wont work for me in studio one. The vst versions do work when i start start studio one in rosetta

It works on iMAC 27 intel 2020 in Cubase 14 Pro.
No black GUI.
Sync VX works as ARA perfect. What a great tool.
