added these two line to my hosts:

0.0.0.0 dotec-audio.com
0.0.0.0 dotec-audio.sakura.ne.jp

and copied .info files to my ~/Library/Application Support/DOTEC-AUDIO/ folder

When blocking the hosts the plugins are showing "Detected the Invalid plug-in.:-1:127.0.0.1" m message and then wipes the credentials from the *.info files.

I copied the *.info files to a separate folder so they can just be replaced easily. Or locking the folder will prevent credentials getting wiped.

-EDIT- don't lock the DOTEC-AUDIO folder, lock the individual *.info files, plugins make temp files inside that DOTEC-AUDIO folder during operation and will make the plugin trial mode if the folder is locked

But if you block the hosts, the plugins detect it and will stay in trial mode.
Workaround is to momentarily turn off wifi/disconnect internet and launch plugins, then they will run normally
y'all got anymore of those plugins??

I mean if it's that much of a hassle.. there are far superior offerings out there on here that are no nonsense cracks - nuro x-rider for example. Even the Waves one will do just this and probably better. I tried this one and same thing happened. The GUIs are pretty gnarly anyway.

Thanks for this - I managed to get all 6 working.

First I turned off all connections with Little Snitch.

After installing I opened all 6 plugins - but using the standalaone Bluecat Patchwork - much faster than loading in a DAW - which created the DOTEC-AUDIO folder.

Copied the regged .info files into here to overwrite and when done checked all again in Bluecat Patchwork.

Hope this helps someone.

This works on Catalina
I just installed as in the instructions but also locked the cracked file once in position
Tried only with Studio One which is blocked from the internet with Little Snitch.
It does a good job of flatlining the signal without adding artifacts.
Great for podcasting types who just want a natural sound without having to mess with attack and release settings etc.
It's so simple to use, just bang up the amount knob to level out your input and use the sensitivity knob to adjust noise and breath sounds if needed.
I'll probably use this even though I have Nuro Xrider, waves vocal rider etc just because it's simple and needs zero thought.
