If you're meaning Soundspot Evade - the company essentially ceased to exist, and couldn't be reached. Plugin Boutique took their plugins, gave them a re-skin, and repackaged them as their own - hence the striking familiarity

Definitely don't need another Ducking plugin, but I did want to say how impressed I am with what BUBBiX has been bringing both the Win and Mac community. So many really great plugins dropped in the last few months, many of which aren't even warez. Legit setup files from the developers with serials.
