Enhancements:

Flanger and Phaser effect/filter nodes now have modulate-able phase position.

Phaser nodes now have a feedback control.

New 'up pulse' wave-shape for the LFO nodes.

New Lo-Fi oscillator - based on LFO style wave-shapes including pulse width modulation of the pulse wave-shape and different kinds of shape modulation for each wave type.
This new oscillator is by default set to use bit-crushing and will alias. There is an anti-aliasing filter that can be turned on optionally (via the checkbox).

MPE mode auto toggle of pitch bend ranges: the pitch bend up/down will automatically be set to the maximum values when MPE is first enabled,
and will return to the previously set pitch bend values if toggled off (unless the patch is saved and reloaded - then the new bend values are the defaults).

Graphical fill for LFOs, ADSRs and Oscillator wave-shapes - helps to more easily identify if LFOs are uni-polar or bi-polar, and makes the envelopes easier to see.

Modulated phase point and line for LFO panels (including drawn/MSEG LFOs in the main panels to the right hand side of the graph).

Drawing optimizations with buffered draws for all wave-shapes - only redrawing on parameter changes (to allow high-speed LFO phase animation
without costly waveform redraws) - higher LFO re-draw rates than for audio wave-forms now.

More drawing optimizations for reducing the time to retrieve voice information for the active (last triggered) voice of a node
(for graphical updates of modulations such as the LFO phase point drawing, waveform & envelope trace updates based on current voice parameters, and knob animations).

Scale mapper node will now continue to show and update the selection in the pull down lists even when the value is modulated from an input pin.

Macro knobs in the layer view will show current value (which is editable - click to edit) - the CC number is now only shown when CC MIDI learning is active.

Modulation curve editor in the mod sources mixer now includes the ability to click to modify the current value by entering a text value (with update to the knob/curve).

Graph background re-paint optimization.
