If I install over the previous version will I lose presets I installed (not the sound banks collections ..I never installed those)

I always copy all the presets and samples folder somewhere on the side, then merge them back after the installation

I do that too but I still lose presets. I think it's a database thing.

I keep getting this message when trying to open certain interface, "You need a newer version of Interface name to view the interface. Please open the Arturia Software Center application to install the latest version". Is there a workaround to this?

i installed the whole Arturia – "Sound Banks Bundle 2024.4" again and that did the trick for me...takes some coffee but in the end...happy face...have to check al the presets if they work so be back in 2045...

Got it working with these steps :

- Uninstall everything from Arturia
- Delete all Arturia folders ( ProgramData, Programs, %Appdata etc
- Install Analog Lab 5.10.0 ( you can try 5.10.1 instead I did 5.10.0 first)
- Install all Arturia Soundbanks
- Open DAW as Admin and load Analaog Lab, it will need some time to load all soundbanks you can check the Soundbanks window in Analog lab
- Install Analag Lab 5.10.1
- Open DAW as Admin

For now I got no faulty presets or missing files
