Hello,

I don't know if it's still the case. I'm a legit antares user, however most of the people I work with use cracked autotune products, I realised that the settings between c'ckd and legit autotune products don't translate, if I use legit and open a session with cracked and vice versa the settings go nuts, so I have to keep cracked dll's on my system to use it when I get the sessions that utilize cracked and vice versa.

Is it still the case ?

If I understood correctly what is written in the nfo, R2R says that VR releases have problem with presets, BUT I tried R2R releases as well, and while it is true the settings between VR and R2R releases are not interchangeable, I must say the presets/settings are not interchangeable between R2R and legit either.

I tried opening sessions that used legit Autotune, with R2R one and I still experienced messed up settings... interestingly enough, if I open legit session with VR settings go nuts in one way, and if I try with R2R it also messes the settings but differently...

So really, since I mix a lot of other people stuff, I have dll's of all versions, and just ask them what they use and use that, legit, vr or R2R...

Legit also doesn't open the settings right that are made with VR or R2R as well...

My point is, I think R2R didn't cracked it "properly" either.

Depends on which version of legit Antares your sessions used. If they're using a newer version, it might be because the dev blacklists R2R v9 licenses (just a guess tho, I have not reverse engineered any newer Antares product to check, obviously). In which case that's not really R2R's fault either.

I was trying between legit 9.1 and r2r 9.1 didn't work.

And just realized I was trying legit EFX+ 9.0.1 and VR EFX+ 9.0.1 that of course didn't work... R2R never made EFX+ crack, I thought they were...

Anyway, I have all the dll's legit and cracked and just swapping them depending on the people I got session from, crazy...

autotune is the most crazy non-backwards compatible program there is.
and im not even mentioning pro tools nubus, pci times.

Yes, there is. But you have to use the vst inside Studio One or FLStudio.
If you use other DAW such as Ableton you cannot find the presets.

Had the same problem when first installing then somehow it fixed on its own when I did a verify plugin during search on FL Studio. which DAW you using ?

FL Studio as well and “verify plugins with error search” or the “ verify previously verified plugins” one

This would seem like a better proper release. However, in my opinion V.R would need the help of other teams, especially R2R. These products are crucial in modern production. It's incredible that we have hundreds of updates of all kinds but not even a proper release of Antares. (versions of R2R released over 4 years ago have issues as well)

is it possible to just install what is needed from the package or is it all or nothing? From past other Team V.R. releases they always give options to point and shoot for individual installs from large packages - is this one similar in that respect?

I think it is the same just like the ones before from V.R it is to install all at once only can't pick. But if you want certain plugins there are also uploaded on here each plugin is separate
