Nomad Factory Retro EQs Bundle v2.0.1-TeamCubeadooby screenshot
TeamCubeadooby | 21 December 2023 | 43 MB
The Retro EQs Bundle is a faithful emulation of the legendary Pultec & Altec passive analog equalizers range from the 50’s. The hardware has been heard on countless records and are still being used today.

The Retro EQs Bundle v2 adds adjustable analog circuit modules (in both Pulse-Tec & ALL-Tec plug-ins), that replicates the complex behavior of the original tubes and transformers. They generate pleasant analog saturation effects, to any sound you feed into them.

V2 features a completely rewritten DSP, brand new resizable UIs with two skins, along with many other funky improvements.

Features
Sample rates: 44.1 kHz > 384 kHz
Channel layouts: Stereo to Stereo / Mono to Mono
Latency: None
Intel/AMD 64 bit or Apple Silicon

This EQs sound really really good, i don't know about if its sound like the analogs ones, but these are extremally good EQs. The last version had a graphic problem, not a big thing!!!

Yeah, totally with you. UI is phenomenal too. Especially like the Altec emulation. Nomad Factory also has the Motown emulation but to my knowledge no group has done that. Waiting for it to happen.

trueee... but compared to acustica purple theres no comments. Have u tried softube too? Are avaible here on the Z too. Crap on low like that one but delivery nice results when combined with some tape saturation to make the low shine a bit more as expected from that eq.

The whole software eq market is a farce. But at least the comments section is entertaining.

I've use the softube one, i didn't make any direct comparison but, from the top of my mind, this Nomad One 'feels' smoother...

If you were to buy a vintage-sounding eq plugin, this might as well be an option (although I personally like softube and Noiseash more) . . . But we are on a page where there is no buying and selling, and no doubt acoustica audio is a long way off in terms of sound. Some may not be able to appreciate the nuances yet, but it's better to start with acoustica audio and learn than with this plugin and then switch
