Can't get core function pointer

So I patiently waited and clicked ok until all notifications of "can't get core function pointer" finished. Then received a prompt to install some stuff I was missing, and then was asked if I wanted to send an error report to Steinbeg (didn't). After all that App ran fine, for what I needed at least.

Everything seems to install correctly, except I can't get the HALion sounds to work.
Error message when staring the app "An essential component by Dorico for playback has not been found"
App works fine, but with no sound.
Tried to reinstall everything, but with no success.
