I have a smaller partition on my drive to test stuff, but I can't even be bothered downloading these, then the annoying waves install, because I don't want everything so I have to go through unticking crap. It's awful.

I'm puzzled, the description says "Apple Silicon is not supported..." yet Waves has been Apple Silicon compatible since Version 13.2.4, July 2022. Or am I missing something?

The Magma BB Tubes works fine in VST3 version (Intel) or AU in the (M1) RET version...

Thank you sir, i installed it following your notes and everything is working perfect on macOS M1, the only thing not working is logging into StudioVerse, it open a window and whenever you click on login it remains as it is it doesn't take you anywhere. Also I had a pop up message on screen when I opened the DAW first time "Waves local server is not connected" I am not sure if it has to do with the problem of logging into StudioVerse. Thank you so much

I did everything as specified but waves is coming up as a demo..when you say patch you mean just moving the wave license file in the patch folder to the other one? and do I have to rename it and add .bundle before I do that because it doesn't have that in the patch..sorry imma pc guy and help would be appreciated!

Everything is working fine except :
- StudioRack failed to scan 3rd party VST3 plugins. Used to work in the previous update.
- StudioVerse cannot login

Any help would be appreciated to fix any of the two problems above

I have the same problem scanning 3rd party vst plugins! I´ve had it for a while, I do have an older version from like September 2022 but I´m always wondering If I update to a newer version this problem will get solved, but I guess not with this one :(

If you want to use Studiorack with 3rd party plugins, you need to scan for them before blocking Waves local server. Maybe better to block with firewall where you can control on and off when adding new plugs...

For Pro Tools 2023 on M1 and Mac Ventura latest update - you have to login to Studio Verse using a Waves official email and etc and it will work.

Although Studio Rack works - it does not scan 3rd Party Vsts for me either. Hasnt done so in like a year... Hope they fix it
I also get the "Waves local server is not connected" when opening projects with studio rack. But all plugins still work. Might have to deal with it till next release....

Try to run the fix permissions inside waves central and then, run waves central via root from termimal.
sudo /Applications/Waves\ Central.app/Contents/MacOS/Waves\ Central

Let us know if this fix it.

Can anyone confirm if CR8/Cosmos, Magma plugins and preset browser are working properly on this release?

Studioverse is a web service so it will never work with a cracked version (without exposing you anyway)...

Everything you mentioned works, but Cosmos (if you use my patch method above). Cosmos never worked on cracked waves for some reason. This has been an issue since its release.
