You can simply equalize your sound with famous American Graphic Equalizer and also saturate any band!

Saturator and Equalizer have their own independent faders!

Also, Gain Compensated Main Input (Drive) & Mix!

You can go crazy with Equalizer & Saturator and then blend with DRY sound to get best balance!

Features

- 10 Band Graphic Equalizer with Independent Band Saturation

- Each band has its own Mode (M button). You can switch between Equalizer and Saturation knob and use both features independently at the same time!

- Each band has its own Bypass (I/O button). You can simply bypass each band!

- ANALOG OBSESSION label is oversampling. Simply click it and engage 4x oversampling.

*Resizing Tip: When you duplicate plug-in, it will remember current state of GUI size. But if you load new instance, it will be opened at default size. To get rid of this issue, simply follow these steps;

1. Open plug-in for the first time

2. Resize GUI according to your screen resolution or you liking before setting any knobs

3. Save this state as default preset with your DAW

Now, you will be able to load new instances with same size.

(If you want to go default size, simply double click to resize handle.)

What do you mean exactly. Have not noticed any issues resetting levels.
(with and without oversampling.

Have been downloading the installers in of the individual plugins. This seemed to solve issues with plugins crashing and random odd issues.

For example, make +12 gain for 2k 1k 500, and then double click to faders for reset, after that plugin still make the sound louder

Did a comparison with:
Aroura DSP EQ510, Lindell 50 Series Channel, Red Rock Sound RRS EQ560 & Waves API 560.

The GrapHack never sounded harsh/resonant until a band was at full level. Was also the only one that did not peak out with 2K & 4K at 4db.

Waves API 560 was the weakest of the bunch sounding no better than a stock plugin.

the Waves one is just clean EQ with noise. Also selected EQ points that can be useful to people that like it that way.

Big fan of a 560 and IK Multimedia EQ- PG is the 560 that I use a lot and love. Also its module inside Amplitube. It has a sweet spot that you need to find to get the best out of it and calibrate to use at low volume.

I kinda like this GrapHack, all the features and useful mix slider after. It's a different approach, it's like a version of 560 that you don't know you need.

What's cool about the Waves one is that you can select more than one slider at a time with the mouse and change them all at once which makes balancing a lot easier. The one by Plugin Alliance that comes with the Lindell 50 series sounds better though.

Interesting pluggy with some special features.

Every slider can be switched to Saturation and Level, both of which can be adjusted independently!

It's calibrated to 0VU (-18) and already adds some harmonics at this level:

At -1 peak (+17VU) input, the saturation rises noticeably:

This made me have a look at the dynamics (yes, dynamics) and lo and behold, it adds compression (have a look at the scale, I zoomed in):

Since this compression has 0 attack (and release) time, it affects the transients audibly!
So, unless you want to kill the transients, don't try this at home, kids.

saturation, by definition, generates compression, especially if it goes into clipping, that's what it does, it results in a reduced dynamic range. it doesn't mean there's actual compression. and, by the way, rounding the transients is one of the reasons people use it. clicky/sharp transients are one of the worst symptoms of "modern"/digital mixes (which, as an artistic "style", for me, means bad sounds, as the default view). not talking about the tools but the paradigm. flat, harsh, dry, overcompressed, there's other symptoms, as well.

You can very well add harmonics without adding compression, clipping or reducing the transients. In the latter case rather the opposite, it can even emphasize them (see various pre-amp emus).
And because this plugin behaves like it does, I mentioned it.
