New Update: eMotion LV1 Live Mixer (64, 32, and 16 channels) v14.9.116.206 is now available, with the following fixes:
Fixed: Global BPM setting will now propagate to plugins in servers B, C and D.

my last R2R/RET broke or bricked on my M1 Ventura. After install it works some days, then the plugs don't open, tried delete an reinstall a view times. but no solution. and also after logic validation says all validate and ok, the plugs don't open anymore .(

I have a couple of friends who managed to install the last RET version on their M1 Ventura w/o any problems. All you need is some tech skills and understanding what you're doing.

yeah seems my knowledge not enough after 20 years with Mac. I mean first thing is why its break after it works proper. Second I tried a view deinstall withs Waves deinstaller, plus the folders and files waves didn't deinstalled (Au, VST,VST3, Preferences, Application supports, etc. also in hided Users) tried a reinstall a view times , but all time the Plugin window don't open and don't show the GUI, only an empty Logic window of Plug with the Name of PlugIn.
(yes I did the correct way how its described in this last version, plus the Terminal thing and Plugin Registry Tool)

The only thing I can tell you is to un-install everything (I mean everything) using Waves Central app. Then you can re-install. And read carefully RET infos, for ex, you need to replace the k inside the package bundle, for that you have to click " show package"

i have first deinstall with Waves Central, and then clean the rest data I found everywhere spread over system include the hided folders in User (so waves Central not really DeInstall proper). And also yes, I did install how describes include with K inside the package , and renew the the other files what's inside the RET version. And the curious thing is that the plugins pass the Validations , but if I open the plugin only a grey window start without showing the plugin, no final crash in logic. seems somewhere APPLE Logic have written down information that its don't open. I also tried rescan the Waves Plugin and do new Validation, it pass all with ok, but still no GUI and doesn't help

this effect to don't show no PlugIn Interface happen to every Waves Plugin (Not just one or a view). All other 3rd party Plugins work stable.

!!! i find th Problem and fixed it. !!!

A wrong Font in my Fonts Librry have killed the Waves Plugins !



- I reset my Fonts library (set to default)
- install all again on M1 Ventura
- do the described Terminal thing
- replaced the files
- put the K to licenses folder
- restart and used the Waves REG Utility (again)
- start Logic (logic didn't scan or did validate the Plugins again)

and "voila" now in LogicPro most Plugins of Waves work fine

Thats a terrible and difficult bug,
now I be more carefull with install fonts

EDIT: the instruments don't shown in The PluginList,
In Au Manager they are, I also (create a user Folder in Logic AU management , that I can found them maybe there), but the Instruments are not listed in the choosable InstrumentsList

The only reason to update to this is if you use eMotion LV1 Live Mixer, as per the fixed notes. The latest RET version is otherwise the same.

does this mean you want us to drag and drop the "1 - Installer.folder" in the public folder location? im thinking that this step 5. only apply to users that successfully installed plugins?

so download the latest from waves website then use the offline installer then patch? or do everything online then use patch/keygen

update:
-downloaded the latest waves central (14.6.2)
-uninstall all plugins
-complete waves clean up
-fixed permission
-clear central cache
-used offline installer
-install "v14 plugins"
-still getting the "installation failed, please restart or contact support"

This has been done for you in this release. If it does not work, contact Waves.

The only additional step required is applying the patch. All other installation follows the "Official Waves Offline Installation" method.

okay i got further lol
i followed the instructions to apply the patch
so my daw did see the plugins but waves erroe message stating waves plugins does not have a license.
please check that you have a valid license, then click 'Rescan Licenses'.
to continue without ..... click 'skip' or skip all.

should i repeat steps 7 to 10?

For M1, you need to run it via Rosetta for this particular release.
For native, use RET release version.
