Spectrasonics updates are always cumulative, so you'll can use them on ANY previous version (even very old).

However, this Patch Library Update requires Omnisphere Soundsources 2.6.1c (or higher).

Unable to read expectd size from installation instruction file. Instruction file needs repair.

The installer fails for me as well (Intel).
It finds the STEAM folder and everything seems to run fine but :
Failed to open output file.
Error installing data.
