That's strange to me, because i have :
Battery.4.Factory.Library.v1.1.0-r2r-2017.09.28
I see that is "Battery Now" Library.
I see I also have that from R2R in version 1.0.
As mentioned below by @balamutus, installing it first solves the error.

When I try to install Battery Now Library 1.0.19 Setup PC I get:

Battery Now library cannot be installed, because Battery now library has not yet been installed on this computer.
Please run Battery now Library before this installer.

I made a post about the confusing user library system of Battery on the sister site a few days ago. I think it would be about time for Native Instruments to bring the browser and library system of their flagship plugins (which in my view were, are and will be Battery and Kontakt) to the new millennium.
There, i've left a guide i've made about how exactly the importing of user stuff works, since the system confuses the hell out of me every single time i come back to importing some of my folders. Not only is the NI user library system unintuitive like nothing else, it's buggy as well. Apart from browsing and tagging the user library, Battery is totally awesome, of course.
Hope it might help someone...
