Some of these effects plainly dont work in ableton live 11 : "the vst3 plugin could not be opened."

Im havin troubles chaging the default installation folder (in my case by default it is installed in d:\arturia). For example, if i change it to C:\Program Files\Arturia, plugins doenst work.

that location already used by Arturia for some other file, precisely the plugin manuals that stored inside a folder with the plugin name which could create conflict with the symlink folder creation.


Use the C:\ProgramData\Arturia (the default retail location) folder instead of Program Files.

i had the previous error and i uninstalled and reinstalled using c:\programdata\arturia and im still getting an error everytime i try to load the plugins
update: in flstudio plugin manager i individually changed each plugin type from unknown to effect and it works now

I am not sure any of these Arturia releases work. Not even R2R. I couldn't get this one to load, so don't know. I think they are only running sound within the DAW itself, but they do NOT render. My advice, check with an obvious setting. You may have other plugins masking, so don't notice the plugin isn't doing anything on rendering.

VST3 doesn't show up on Reaper. They are scanned on startup, however not a single one is showing up to use on DAW.

Edit: Finally managed to make them work.

- Default path for vst3 is "d:\Arturia". I've changed it to a custom one.
- After install, go to "C:\ProgramData\Arturia" and delete all symbolic links (except "Presets" and "Shared" which are real folders)
- Go to the vst3 install path and move all folders to "C:\ProgramData\Arturia"
- open Daw and rescan vst

Plugin dev should consider packing gfx resources. Complete file count of the installed package is 261.491, the majority of them being bmp files. Looks as hdd file allocation table bullying aside from increased time that would take to transfer such a number of files to another drive.

I'll just try two of the plugins (meaning 24.000 files lol). Remaining folders on C:\ProgramData\Arturia are safe to be deleted manually (except "Presets" and "Shared"), as there is not a separate uninstaller for each of them.
