Spectral Repair: improved interpolation quality in the Replace mode

Bug Fixes

Fixed long startup times in the RX app for sessions with long transcriptions saved
Fixed most labels for screen-readers in the Repair Assistant, Loudness Control, and Spectral Recovery modules.
Fixed an issue where rendering Spectral Denoise in Audiosuite with the Learn enabled would shift audio.

Cant install at other harddriver,will report error when use aax send audio files.

Thank you very much for the giveaway! In Pro tools 12.3, when exporting through RX Connect, the program exe file is not visible. Copying iZotope RX 10 Audio Editor.exe file from the folder C:\Program Files\iZotope\RX Pro Audio Editor\win64 to C:\Program Files\iZotope\RX Pro Audio Editor\win32 was not solve the problem. At the same time if I run Standalone application manually after that, the audio files get into it as well as back into pro tools. Can anyone help with advice, please, how to fix this error?
