I don't think so personally. The Distressor is one of UADs biggest sellers and Fatso one of their smallest (that's straight from the horses mouth at the last Mixcon I went to). People love a Distressor and maybe not so keen on a UAD satellite or hardware. However, that being said, neither of us can speculate on future sales, so...
I am sure they did their market research before just releasing "another Distressor".
