Here you can explore the places where those sounds were captured.

The science behind the Kia instrument.
The sounds of movement in nature produce what’s known as pink noise. This increases the alpha waves in the brain, inducing the flow state of consciousness, the state in which the brain is at its most creative. These natural sounds were recorded all over the world and used to develop a one-of-a-kind instrument. To induce the flow state further, every composition should be arranged following these 4 neuroscientific parameters:

This instruments is based of samples of nature, which are copyright free. And the plugin is free on their site actually.

No, natural samples are not supposedly copyright-free.

When you sample something, whatever it is, then edit, modify and cut it, this sample become an original creation, which can be subject to copyright.

If you don't specify exactly what is the rights you grant to the users of these samples, they are considered your property and cannot be used in any commercial project.

For example: if you share these samples (or a work including these samples) on youtube, this is considered as a commercial usage, because there is ads on YT, so there is a potential money benefit. You can easily be sued and sanctioned by a court.

If it is "indicated nowhere" as you said, you can not be sued.
Restricted material needs to be clearly marked and easy to be seen by anyone who might want to use it.
Even if they restrict it's use after you have publish it, you're still on the clear, as your action pre existed the forbiddance.

Version 1.0 of this instrument, formerly called Movement, got zero love on AZ, and I guess, elsewhere. Even though this version changed the name and added a rudimentary monophonic synth, it might still fail in the popularity department because the soundscapes/drones can't be turned off or significantly altered.

No, not Output's Movement. Come to think of it, that's probably the reason why Kia changed its name to simply Kia Instrument. And yes, it is the Korean car company's product.
