Because of The way that Phase Plant checks your licenses, they will be disabled at first online connection.

But, you can try before you buy. Kilohearts plugins are not all high quality, or at least do not correspond to their marketing.
Try the Faturator for example. They say
"Grit, oomph, fatness, raw, color, or just that certain something. " Well, anything but fat. In fact it brings a serious loss of low end

Also their Nonlinear Filter, is so subtle that you can barely notice it's effect on the "non linear side" and why would you buy it to use it as regular filter?

So, better try before you buy.
