1. Run start.exe from the first folder and install the program by selecting it in the list
2.From the second folder, run the last update file
3. Replace the files in the installed program folder with those in folder number 3. (Find the Protein folder and put the files from the same name in the distribution there)

There are "Protein" files available from Sunny and R2R.
Both work just fine for Sequoia 15.

Unfortunately there's still no solution for Sequoia 16.

I've never used this DAW and I've always wondered why it was so huge. What's in the 8 gigs? Plugins? Samples?

Very detailed editing capabilities, above all.
Of course there are tons of plugins (and very good ones, i might add) samples, virtual instruments and all that stuff.
It is a contained system that allows the user to work on a full production without the need for any external addons.

As with any other DAW there is a learning curve but that's the same with every DAW and Sequoia being so complete, there are capabilities to discover after years of daily use.

It is one of the best DAWs around.

I remember it have very bad graphics, has it changed now, are the letters better??

I never had any " bad graphics ", neither for Sequoia, nor for Samplitude. I use them, travelling around, on a very simple laptop ( Win 10, ASUS, i5-7200U, only 4 GB of RAM ).

Fortunately what i wrote was that "there are files available from..." meaning that, in fact, there are two sets of "Protein" files for Sequoia 15 circulating around.
One of those sets was signed and shared by R2R and the other set has been distributed in Sunny's share of Sequoia.
They're different sets of Protein files.
Unfortunately the set distributed by Sunny has no "author" assigned to it so, the only option when mentioning both, is to say that one is R2R's and the other was made available by Sunny.
Not cracked by Sunny, of course.
