Spleeter is a Music Source Separation utility that can split a song in to it's separate parts.
This can be useful for restoring old vinyl recordings or cutting samples for remixing.

Bundled with a windows build + GUI and the python/spleeter project to make it easy for download and run.

Supported languages: Arabic, Chinese, English, French, Hindi, Italian, Japanese, Russian, Spanish.

Intel Pentium & Celeron CPU's cannot run spleeter

No need to install python or spleeter, this app contains a portable version of python pre-loaded with spleeter.

"can split a song in to it's separate parts"

plz explain this, cause how could a program possibly get all tracks/channels from a song AND separate it?

Just try it ;-)
Better try hitnmix rapx! (on here last week)
It's just FFT, with a bit of algorithm (ie drums are transient, vocals are mono, etc.)

Spleeter was a research project by deezer, they have used multitracks and normal audio tracks to train an AI based system via tensor flow on splitting audio tracks into 5 parts aka stems, other audio companies have used this too:

here is the github of spleeter:
https://github.com/deezer/spleeter

maybe you find more information there.
I have used spleeter already, its a very good offline variant of all the online service providing splitting into stems (they all based on spleeter :D)

Nope, iZotope works in a different way, it's older.
But I'm not sure)

Will not work on 2009-2012 Mac Pros running Windows in Bootcamp:

Spleeter uses an AI engine called tensorflow. The version included with spleeter requires a CPU that supports the AVX instruction set otherwise it fails with error "DLL load failed".
Nudge, nudge, wink, wink ;)

for a better result it will be better to use IZOTOPE OR THIS?

Tested on a full track, results are awful. Imported the stems in Audition to litsen and result has nothing to do with the original full track

I guess it depends on your expectations and what use scenarios you'd have for the stems. If you hope for it to sound identical to the original recorded studio mix, then of course your in for a big disappointment.
If you're looking to create a mix with just one stem removed to add your own, it can sound pretty darn good.
Of course, it will depend strongly on the source material too.
I personally often use it for transcribing. Like when a bass is muddy and barely audible, or to transcribe the chords, stuff like that, really useful!

It works great for different songs, I've split many things in the past, and some were awful, while others you couldn't even tell that I didn't have the original stems

correct its totally dependant on the processed mixed to render the final stereo track
some will have phase issues that u can hear with wash from frequency overlap if u solo each split track
others will sound great so it is totally dependant on the track you choose

there is also melody.ml vocalremover.org
It works on win 8.1. I tested it on a 10-year-old laptop.
