Can we just add retro-fi from the wave center of this release without having to uninstall and delete our working Waveshell?
Or should we uninstall everything and reinstall using this release in order to just add Retro fi?

You can do that with the latest R2R emulator. Follow all instructions included with R2R emulator, but don't delete previous plugins like R2R suggest. Worked for me Windows 10 Pro Tools and FL Studio. You could also just install this whole package, and then install R2R emulator to skip the waves central part.

Ah yeah unfortunately I am on Mac Os..
still wondering if I can just add a single plugin from this waves central without affecting my nicely working Waveshells and waves files already installed

I am extremely hard done with that crack. I'm on Big Sur 11.6.1.

Dunno which one did it, eiter the Waves installation or the patch but my system got totally messed up so i had to restore it from my time machine backup. I had to erase my system disk, reinstall Big Sur and restore via migration assistant which is the only way to restore Big Sur or Monterey. Took me 6 hours plus some data loss because of the most recent backup beeing 2 hours old.

I am pissed.
