I was able to get it running successfully by using BatChmod to handle all permissions, options and checking the "Apply to enclosed" box.
This is information that has already been published, but again, I hope it helps someone else.

no need of batchmod for that simply copy following command into terminal and hit enter.

chmod +x /Applications/Ableton\ Live\ 10\ Suite.app

i ove this sight & REALLY appreciate those making my life better by allowing me access to the tools that i use to express myself, but this fkn shit again...i can tell by the comments that i'm not the only one who cant figure this shit out..i don't get it. is it a joke? i can't get any upload of live 10 on this site to work on my mac. high sierra. & really 99% of everything i dl from uploaded or rg is a fkn corrupted rar file anyway. am i missing something? or everything? what's changed?

1. Install ableton_live_suite_10.1.41_64.dmg
2. Replace patched to /Applications/Ableton\ Live\ 10\ Suite.app/Contents/MacOS/

3. Code sign
sudo codesign --force --deep --sign - /Applications/Ableton\ Live\ 10\ Suite.app
sudo xattr -d -r com.apple.quarantine /Applications/Ableton\ Live\ 10\ Suite.app
sudo chmod -R 777
3. Run Ableton Live 10 Suite and choese No internet on this computer to get Your hardware code
4. Chose 4.a or 4.b
4.a. You can use Authorize.auz which You used to active version 10 (same computer)
4.b. You can use Ableton_KeyGen of vesion 10 (Team R2R release for windows) and creat an Authorize.auz with Your hardware code
5. Drag & Drop license to the software
6. Enjoy
