As I know, RareSE still not re-released (removed from official patreon page).
This has (and Rare previoisly had) bug. As I remember, this has bug with curves/sample rates. Gearslutz will tell what's going on (in one of the thread, post was off-topic, maybe it was thread about Loaded, SSQ 5, or something of the new recent releases) . So, wait for fix. It will be fixed soon. And probably with new emulation/engine.
New Rare version is fine.

Edit:
Found one of the post. Tunca of Analog Obsession answered this about older versions of Rare/RareSE:
if your samplerate higher than 44.1 khz, pass Rare and RareSE. They generate noise with high samplerates. I will check both of them in the future.
