I also tried with The Unarchiver but the whole .rar with 5 parts doesnt work. It keeps saying that the files are corrupted... Any ideas ?

For some reason the offline installer provided in this release does not work, but yes, crack does works

---This is my procedure:---
* Create account in Waves website
* Download Waves Central from website
* Open Waves Central and download installer
* Installer will be created here: Macintosh HD⁩ ▸ ⁨Users⁩ ▸ USERNAME▸ ⁨Public⁩ ▸ ⁨Waves Offline Installers⁩ ▸ ⁨Waves⁩
* install plugins from the created offline installer
* Reboot
* Use WavesLicenseEngine from this release
* Launch AU reg Utility apps (all of them)
* Optional: In Macintosh HD⁩ ▸ ⁨Applications⁩ ▸ ⁨Waves⁩ ▸ ⁨Plug-Ins V10/V11 you can delete unnecessary plugin (.bundle)

Notes:
Downloading and Installing Waves plugin bundle is time consuming: if on laptop better plug it in the socket

---Folder Hack----
In Ableton, Waves plugin are listed under Waveshell 1, Waveshell2 etc until n#7 and I hate that. I found a hack to have all plugin in the same folder:
* Go to Macintosh HD⁩ ▸ ⁨Library⁩ ▸ ⁨Audio⁩ ▸ ⁨Plug-Ins⁩ ▸ ⁨VST⁩
* right click WaveShell2-VST 10.0.vst⁩ and “Show package contents”
* Go to contents/MacOs and copy WaveShell2-VST
* go to Macintosh HD⁩ ▸ ⁨Library⁩ ▸ ⁨Audio⁩ ▸ ⁨Plug-Ins⁩ ▸ ⁨VST
* right click WaveShell1-VST 10.0.vst⁩ and “Show package contents”
* Go to contents/MacOs and paste WaveShell2-VST

Now, inside the same shell you will have 2 plugin package: Repeat the procedure to have all packages inside the WaveShell1-VST 10.0.vst⁩ (in my case I have 7 packages)
Finally, in Macintosh HD⁩ ▸ ⁨Library⁩ ▸ ⁨Audio⁩ ▸ ⁨Plug-Ins⁩ ▸ ⁨VST⁩ delete Waveshells from 2 to 7

With this method, I have all plugins under the same folder and to me it seems more logical.

I installed everything like you did, but on ableton I see only three vst listed "Waveshell 1/2/3", in the application folder I see every plugin etc but in ableton there is nothing.

yes, just download and install them via Waves Central, reboot and run WavesLicenseEngine.

Catalina 10.15.1, VST in Ableton 10.1.5 and AU in Logic 10.4.7

I installed everything via waves central, restarted, installed the waveslicenseengine.pkg
but there's no plugin showing in ableton.

which Ableton version are you using?
Try rescanning the plugins while holding the "option" key.
