Damn, I was hoping that SuperRack could be the replacement for StudioRack as my plugin container which I have been using for a while now.

But (als alwways with Waves) it appears that SuperRack is not a plugin but a standalone-only App for integrating their Hardware with their plugins. So annoying.

I guess I revert back to v10 since I don't need the new plugins.

Okay, for this having the loop issue with the re scanning. Open waves central. Under settings check uninstall, choose waves 10 plugins. Once uninstalled restart computer, run waves central and Install waves 11 plugins only. "You'll have to go through all the plugins and check only v11 ones" once installed do another restart. Run license and run v11 au reg tool both of them.

For some reason, no matter what version I install (for at least the last couple of years) the SSL G-Master Buss Compressor doesn't show up in the Logic AU Manager. It's checked and installed via Waves Central, but never materializes.
It's one of the main plugs that attracts me to the Waves pack, so any help getting it active would be really great!

I waited some time before installing - hoping for a new release - but then I was too curious about Abbey Road Saturator and decided to give it a go.
The installation process went flawlessly. I'm on Mojave 10.14.6 and I use Logic 10.4.8 and Pro Tools 2019 (legit).
Not sure if it can help anybody, but I'll describe how I installed it.
- went offline (I don't have firewalls, littlesnitch or anything like that. Besides, 90% of my software is legit so I really don't need those and I'm not installing anything that needs to permanently mess with outgoing connections)
- opened Waves Central (the previous version, already installed on my Mac)
- uninstall form Waves Central
- remove anything from Waves from my Mac. There still was a bunch files in both Libraries (generic and user's one). You can find them in Library/Application Support/Waves, Library/Audio/Presets/Waves in Library/Preferences etc.)
- Reboot
- Install new Waves Central (I downloaded the release using uploaded links and unpacking with KeKa without issues).
- Run it
- Select the plugins I wanted one by one. I usually don't install Mercury or big bundles because there's too much stuff I don't use. Of course I installed all the Signature Series or Abbey Road Collection...)
- After installing I rebooted
- Run WavesLicenseEngine
- Tried to open Waves Au Reg Utility but it gave me an error
- Opened Logic. All the plugins were there. It scanned them the first time and then no more.
- Went online again

There you go. Hope it helped.

Eidt: (Typos)

Same as GuoYunshen. Installed on both HSierra 10.13.6 and Mojave 10.14.6 with no problems. Downloaded the HD samples (40 GB) for Pianos Basses and Clavinet before hand and loaded them onto an Ext SSD. `everything went smoothly.

To paraphrase GuoYunshen:

1 Offline all the way.
2 Use your current Waves Central to delete everything (including cache).
3 Trash your Waves Central install the included one.
4 Run offfline installer and point to the included install.cen
5 Hang around to point instruments to their Ext Sample folders.
6 Install WavesLicenseEngine , then go to:
'/Library/Application Support/Waves/Modules' and double-click on the
'WavesLicenseEngine.bundle'.
7 Run "ALL" four AU Reg Utilites found in:
'Application Support/Waves/Waveshells V10 & V11' (2 in each folder) .
8 Reboot.
9 Smoke a cigar, contemplate the universe, thank the guys for the toys.

Did you remember to:
A: Go offline.
B: Delete all traces of any previous waves? That meams 'all'.
C: Delete 'your' version of Waves Central use the 'included' Waves Central to install 'offline'?

You mention you're on Catastrofica.. I mean.. Catalina. Maybe that's the problem?

I'm getting an error when running Waves AU Reg Utility after clicking LET'S GO:

"WaveShell-AudioUnits Utility Has encountered an internal error.
Please reinstall WaveShell-AU and try again."

I've completely uninstall and deleted previous version, did offline instal and WavesLicenceEngine. When I try to run Reg Utility i get that error.
What I'm doing wrong??

Not had any issues since installing.
I have an iMac running Sierra 10.12.6, and a MacBook Pro running Mojave 10.14.6.
Everything open up fine for me on LPX 10.4.4, and LPX 10.4.8, as well as Pro Tools 2019.10

Make absolutely sure you are following the instruction to the letter.
And before you do ANYTHING, delete ALL waves files on your machine. Use EasyFind (free from Devonthink) to search for anything related to waves. Delete all waveshell files. I go as far as deleting boms, logs, plists, the lot. Just be VERY careful about what you delete. Not everything that says 'waves' is waves.

I'm not a computer wizzard, so if I can do it....

Thank you for your answer, I have, does not work.
I noticed that the online installer is working, but is that safe with the waves account? Hmm
