You need an IR loader (impulse response). Many free online. Try Wall of Sound from Twonotes for a great program. An amp simulator ahead of these in your signal chain or an actual amp signal into your DAW. Rock.

Ignite Amps NadIR Impulse Response Loader is a good program too.
It's stereo and can load 2 different ir in each channel.
