BASS HEAVY GRIME
Features Kits and Projects created by top artists from the underground grime scene
Specially designed FX macros to add icy distortion, atmosphere, and color
Exclusive MONARK and MASSIVE presets designed for deep bass boom

COLD BEATS SERVED RAW
LONDON GRIT pushes things forward with thunderous bass, 8-bit one-shots, and crunchy glitch and distortion effects to bring the sound of the UK underground grime scene to MASCHINE.

FROM PIRATE RADIO TO MAINSTREAM SPOTLIGHT
Grime started out as the edgier brother of the UK garage scene, originally springing up on pirate radio and underground Internet stations in and around London in the early 2000s. One part hip hop, one part dance music, it distills the thumping, bass-heavy sound of jungle with dancehall rhythms, breakbeats, and an 8-bit PC music aesthetic. Recently, thanks to MCs like Wiley, Stormzy, Skepta, and Dizzee Rascal increasingly in the spotlight, grime has hopped across the pond, converting more and more American listeners.

DIRECT FROM THE UNDERGROUND TO YOUR FINGERTIPS
LONDON GRIT was created with help from some of the top artists in the underground grime scene. Heavy hitters like Roll Deep’s Flowdan and Rinse FM’s JD. Reid, as well as up-and-comers Compa and Ripperman, contributed to the expansion with custom Kits of their own sounds and full-track Projects to use in your own creations. MONARK and MASSIVE presets give your tracks a bone-shaking boom. Vocal stabs, drum glides, and resampled 8-bit trash keyboard and video game sounds add some earcandy. Plus FX macros with tailor-made beat delays, grain stretch, and icy reverbs help push your raw sounds, making them sound bigger and darker.

I tried adding it to shared then rescanning my library...took forever cause i have Komplete and it didn't work.

I got it to work by selecting it in files then right clicking on it and selecting import library. Problem is it only appears in the user section and I'd like to have it in the NI section so I can see it on the MK3 display with my other expansions.

Shouldnt we have the PARESOURCES folder from Application Support? That's what i think it's missing for making it work.
And also missing a folder from SHARED/NI RESOURCES

Yes, with the missing PAResources folder we don't see the preview image of the expansions (London Grit and Basement Era), but one can make something that it appears in the real library (not in user):
Go into Library -> Preferences where you can find all the .plist files of the expansions. Copy one of them to your desktop (trying to change it in the Preferences folder doesn't work, because it's write protected) and rename it with the name of the expansion which you want to add in the library. Then open the .plist file with PlistEdit Pro, change the path to the expansion where you copied the expansion folder, save the plist file and move it into the Preferences folder again. Now open the Maschine software and Maschine will scan it and add it into the library.
But the preview images won't appear until one have the PAResources folder for these two expansions. :( Hope I could help a bit.

If you do this, go to Native Access, update the libraries. The pictures and everything you need is displayed! ;)

Many thanks for this.

I can just use it for the samples because if I try to open kits or projects in my Maschine 2.6.5 it asks for authorisation through Native Access.

Merry Christmas all.
