Copy the folder with the new presets into the DLC folder and not the USER folder. (The information in the accompanying PDF file is incorrect, at least for the Windows version)

damn, then im not sure why its not working. I have the other presets in the DLC folder and they are being read, not sure why this pack isnt.... bums me out

Had the same problem, here's the fix:

copy the topmost folder inside the DLC presets folder (the one that also contains the audio demo and artwork)
If you can dream it you can do it
