Polyphonic Music Library - Mario Luciano Vol.1 WAV screenshot

Mario Luciano Vol.1 contains 12 original multi genre compositions and within this pack you'll also get 10 ANALOG DRUM BREAKS recorded with vintage mics and drum sets to bring you the feel and tones of those RAW boom bap drum breaks. I took a different approach while making the melodic elements in this pack. I wanted to challenge my to create dark, obscure, trap and psychedelic vibes with unique rhythms and patterns using mostly the new MOOG 1 analog keyboard to give you the sounds and textures of what you might have heard in 70s or 80s Italian horror film.

From website:
"If you place a record on a MAJOR LABEL using the sample(s), you will split the publishing with Mario Luciano fairly & Co-Production credit + fair split on up-front producer fee (where applicable) (CONTACT: [email protected] if this is the case). NO sample clearing hassles at all. If the sample(s) are used on any NON MAJOR LABEL platforms, you can do anything you'd like with them (upload to Soundcloud, sell the beat to indy artist, include on beat-tape, etc etc)."

Even though the chances of me getting major label placement iare practically zero, these "major clauses" are a deal breaker, even if the packs get posted on AudioZ.

His websites useless, no audio preview to even hear what you are paying for. Not to mention his demands in the small print

Just use the drum breaks. They're virtually undetectable if you add processing and other instruments. It's very hard to prove that a drum break was used unless it's from an actual recorded piece of music. Sometimes even popular drum breaks get used without sample clearance.
God loves a cheerful giver... but as long as you give something I guess it's alright. Music is life.

If you place a record on a MAJOR LABEL ... nice and none realistic fELA. anyway .. any one can find identical samples that have the same sounds\type\style --- and even free ones ...

i found nothing unique here ..that i cant do with free ones (or what i have already in my libs)

but again its all about a matter of taste and personal use\techniques
