I have to say no, but you could just get the strings and brass dvd's for instance and see how they are. For orchestra they aren't going to be like some of the great sampled based libs we've seen like Spitfire etc.

Thank you! Appreciate the opinion and I think I'll take your advice. Searching for even better string lib's is kinda pointless now already having all the Spitfire stuff, Berlin Strings, CineStrings, etc. but I'm always hoping to find the next greatest thing. Thanks again brother, you just saved me a few hrs work and 50gb.

Thank you again to the uploader and all the cool people here at AudioZ

well, as I 've just listened, in 27.Pads Analog, some have delays pan on the right giving some nice move into the sound, I must admit. But for others like some piano, brass, acoustic guitars etc, they are already pan to "fit in the mix?" maybe . Its a pity 'cause if we change the pan, we lost the depth of the sound. I don't get it here. Anyway, thanx a lot for this share, guys.

I'm so skeptical of these huge amateur made libraries. The Motif XF waveform ROM is only 700mb. Everything else is good sound engine and programming. 50GB...That sounds like lazy auto-sampling. The envelopes, key switching, effects, etc. are probably all wrong. It won't feel or sound like the real keyboard. Better to just use libraries built from the ground up for Kontakt or invest in the real thing.

Ok just noticed testing DVD 2 that the Synth Bass patches that are supposed to be mono/legato are mono, but it's not mapped quite right, the notes abruptly stop when trying to do trills,I imagine the mono leads are same way, weird (Studiolinked Raptor VSTi has this same issue) Gonna see if maybe I can fix.

(2 Min Later)

Ok good news I tried it,Can totally fix!!!

Also,Patch CS90 on DVD 3 Brass Synth is missing all the samples and sample folder. I'll dig further after I get a few hrs of sleep

Since a great sample collection was not immediately able to use in a lot of load errors, I am investigating.

Compared with the Triton Library (with machine effect wetty / all sounds distored) released before , this is the synthesizer patch of very good sound quality.

A mistake does not occur.

I regard as happy that a help you can be given.

So these are all the missing audio files (Notes) in those instruments folders? Was this caused by raring the files bad or were just not there in the first place? Would be nice to have those missing notes. Awesome upload though! Great sounds.

Probably, when a maker created DVD, capacity would be stuffed without the crevice.
These were not in Instrument Folders (and Samples too) .

The folder of a "nki.patch" and "<patchname> sample folder" is in a "1-39 main category."
There is not a "<patchname> samples" folder which the "nki.patch" is referring to.

Those folders are usually specified so that DVD (and backup drive ... it's making of operation from "maker" or "seller") may be referred to directly, as it understands, even if you see directly by a binary editor to nki.patchs.

And those folders do not exist in an archive.
These patches cause a load error and go everywhere in search samples
of your HDD. It is a loss of time.

I recommend excluding these patches. (delete patchs, extension nki to bak or unreadable xxx or other)

So, I got it and downloaded it all.

Pros:
1. Some really cool, quality sounds. A good addition to your Kontakt Library.

2. Vast library of sounds.

Cons:
1. It takes forever to download and Unrar'ing takes almost double the time to download. Expect for it to take 2 days if you have a job/school.

2. A lot of samples have a somewhat short duration. So you can't really hold out chords for more than 3 seconds for a lot of the samples. Not all but a lot.

3. A lot of the samples are panned to the right, not all the way but mostly to the right. However, its easy to fix, just adjust the pan control to the left on Kontakt.

Some may not feel its worth the time to download and uncompress but it can add some cool sounds to your production. Don't expect this to be "just like having the Motif XF", due to the issues I mentioned above. Im sure some audiophiles will be able to decipher the degradation of the sound quality but I can't really tell.

Overall: 7/10.

Hope thats helpful to those considering downloading.

quote by MorpheusSave yourself time, batch convert won't bring anything (if adding 0 for the 8 additional bits). You won't get any better sound, it will just take more space on your drive and memory.

To understand that, imagine you have 1,599 dollars. Now if I tell you that you will now have $1,599.00, you won't be any richer, right? And now if you will have : $0,000,001,599 you still won't be any richer. You will only convert the format, but not the value :)

You're welcome ;)

dude, we are talking bout lowering the sample depth and rate, bringing down the size for this thing without any audible differences.
however, to do this I have to look up every sample to see how much headroom it has by itself to do this job right, and then test it that no other weird stuff is happening, now I know people are interested makes the job even harder
I might start a topic on our sexsisterforum how to do this with a batch script i wrote to use this with a tiny program called Sox wich been arround for ages

Thanks for the post. The problem with the pan is easy to fix. Go into the patch editor, mapping editor. You'll see the pan is set to 50.4. Right click on the zones, select all zones. Set the pan to 0. Problem solved. Resave the instrument.
