I'm glad that you ask this question.
As you can see, I've been posting nicnt and wallpaper files for a long time here.
Before doing so, I've been working first with DobleY and later with Tracer to conceive programs that allow users to create their own nicnt files and handle their library collection.
In the process I first had to study how it works, obviously.

And I came up with what seems to be Native Instrument policy about the attribution of nicnt unique numeration.
So, I am 100% sure that my numeration does not clash with actual (nor close future) official libraries , and 95% sure that the numbers I use will not clash with future ones.

Obviously I keep track of all the numbers I use and for which library, so there is no risk that I use any number twice.

The only possibility of a conflict is if you use other home made nicnt and that its creator used the same id number as me.

I hope this clarify things for you and anyone who were wondering.

PS: For these reasons, if you download Dagma's wallpaper, which is very beautiful, you should download my file and use my nicnt, because he is using a number that could be used by Native for official libraries and may cause a clash one day or another.
