Mallet Flux helps composers, producers, and other musicians start creating right away. Users can begin with 270 pre-designed arpeggios, sequences, and single hits in multi-instrument arrangements. These presets can be fully modified to produce completely new patterns. Users can also take advantage of innovative Flux Engine pattern automation to create complex rhythmic phrases and arrangements by playing simple chords.

With intuitive mixing controls, Mallet Flux lets users adjust the balance of instruments and add effects, including enhanced effects introduced with Kontakt 6. Mallet Flux also offers new high-quality room, hall, and plate reverbs that allow users to place instruments in a variety of sonic spaces. Through complex multi-effect chains, users can transform acoustic tuned percussion sounds into cinematic pads, drones, and other unique tones.

Seems similar to in session audio's fluid strike?, but i would like in this type of instrument is a randomizer function for layers, how in fluid. I going to have update my mavericks for try. Thaaaaankssss

Another 'NI Kontakt library installation'. Why should a Kontakt library need to be installed? And does it just show up in Kontakt 6 after installation? Have you also noticed how the .pkg files are not visible unless you enable the 'Show hidden files and folders'? The thing is, I have my Kontakt libraries on an external HD. Can I install this to that external HD?

Well, I've installed this and it doesn't show up in my Kontakt 6 protable. What do I have to do now to use it please?

It probably doesn't show up because your using the Portable version. You will need to 'add it' using the kontakt\Add Library.exe\
If you cant find it then you will need to do a search for it (as I don't use the Portable version I cant tell you exactly where it is but in my version it is in
\Kontakt 6\cf\kontakt

Thanks for trying to help, but I can't find that location. Don't the majority of us here have the portable Kontakt 6? How are you adding this library? It's in my DAW working quite well, but how do we add this library?

I hope that someone is working on a way to install Kontakt 6 only compatible libraries on MacOS Kontakt 6 . Mallet Flux won't install on 5.6

Probably won't work in v5 as it uses features (effects) only found in the newer K6.

The library doesn't show in Kontakt 6. I have also Kontakt 5.6 to release the new samples and nothing is working.

I got it to load using 5.6 .... after 3 crashes.
Then it just showed up in Kontakt 6.

I could run it in kontakt 6.02 in macvia add library in kontakt 5.6. it works as well in komplete kontrol and maschine, but i get bi thumbnail image in maschine nor komplete kontrol. Anybody the same issue?

If it doesn't show up in Kontakt 6, use the libraries manager to add it manually.

Browse to this location:

C:\Users\Public\Documents\Mallet Flux Library

when I initiate mallet flux (single) in kontakt, that message appears at the very bottom of the kontakt window (to the left):

"native instruments kontakt log_file could not be written because the requested write location does not exist."

any ideas?
