Replace old version, yes.
If you had the old version with identical folder name, Kontakt won't complain, only if you had different, like "Hybrid Keys Library". In this case, either you change the name of the new version to the same as the old, or after opening Kontakt, you have to click Locate at the name of the missing library.

First it loaded slow as hell but without doing batch re-save the next time already loaded fast.

I have a newbe question, I can’t install kontakt libraries, I used to copy the library folder into the directory and kontakt would scan for new libraries, it seems that this method is no longer valid and native access is needed for installing new libraries, is there a way I can install libraries without native access and what if I tried native access with not legitimate kontakt and other NI products?!

You need two separate versions of cracked Kontakt. You need Kontakt 5.6.0 to ADD library's to ANY of the newer Kontakt samplers (after Kontakt 5.6.8 which is when [I believe] Native Access started)...

What you would do is open an instance of Kontakt 5.6.0 and add your libraries then close it (or it crashes on it's own!). Then you would open up whatever (newer) cracked Kontakt you use and the libraries will appear in the browser... that is, IF you have installed things correctly!!!

Yes, this method works pretty well flawlessly. But if your lib doesn't show up, check the lib's XML file in NI's Service Centre folder. Often it has 000 for its SPDIF - use a text editor to change this to the proper SPDIF and it will appear when you reboot. I'm a Mac user, the folder may be named differently on Windows.
